A New Protein Option for Your Dog: Beef with Turkey Bone
We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we’re excited to share something new to RawFedK9: Beef with Turkey Bone, available now!
It is available in both patties and medallions, and it’s really just a new way to enjoy a protein you already know and love, beef, but with a slightly different bone source.
What’s Different (and What Stays the Same)
The big change is the bone. Instead of beef bone, this mix uses turkey bone, which is naturally a bit softer. That can make it easier for some dogs to chew or digest while still keeping the prey model structure we focus on.
Everything else stays the same: the same beef, the same species-appropriate nutrition, and the same quality you expect from RawFedK9.
And don’t worry, our Beef with Beef Bone isn’t going anywhere. Both options will be available, so you can feed what works best for your dog.
Why This Matters
Even small differences in bone density or texture can matter to dogs. Some like a firmer bite, some prefer something a little softer. By giving dogs another texture option, you’re adding variety without changing the core of what they’re used to.
It’s not about replacing anything; it’s about giving you options for your dog’s bowl.
Protein Rotation Is Key
One thing we always like to remind folks: dogs do best when they get a rotation of proteins. We usually suggest 3–4 different proteins each month, and it’s also smart to vary fat levels. Feeding the same protein or high-fat meals all the time can get repetitive, and rotation helps keep mealtimes interesting.
It’s simple, but thoughtful, part of building a natural, varied feeding routine for your dog.
| What | Why It Matters |
| Beef Protein | The same beef your dog already loves — no surprises, just familiar flavor. |
| Turkey Bone | Softer than beef bone, which can make chewing a little easier and adds variety to your dog’s meals. |
| Forms | Patties or medallions — easy to serve or rotate into your dog’s usual feeding routine. |
