We maintain this web site as a service to our customers, and by using this site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms and conditions very carefully and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not obtain services or products from this site.

Acceptance of this Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, the content, products or services provided by the site and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the site.

Product Weight and Size

Each of our products uses the blood of the animal/protein as a binder during processing to ensure our products stick together through the patty process. Furthermore, raw pet food can be over 60% moisture. Each patty is weighed by our patty machine during pressing. Due to the moisture in the product, the weight may vary slightly when the product is allowed to thaw and the moisture and blood release, will affect the weight of our products.

Shipping

All products are shipped Monday of each week to ensure the quality of the shipment. Transit times are dependent on customer location. Each package is shipped in an insulated cooler surrounded by dry ice and ice blocks. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you understand and accept the shipping of your RawFedK9 products. All orders must be placed by 2:00PM/CST on Monday, any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next Monday.

Product Arrival Expectation

All products are expected to arrive partially to fully thawed. Each product is shipped in an insulated cooler surrounded by dry ice and ice packs. The dry ice will evaporate during transit, allowing the insulated cooler to act as a refrigerator, slowly thawing the meet while remaining cool. All products should be popped back into the freezer upon arrival and fed as desired.

Pet Transition or Illness

All dogs should not be treated equal, all dogs do not transition to a raw diet or to other raw pet food the same. It is the responsibility of the pets owner to know what proteins and ingredients the pet can or can not be fed. You understand and accept that your dog may not like or adjust to our products and will be responsible for pets well being.

Feeding Calculator Disclaimer : IMPORTANT FEEDING INFORMATION

The raw feeding calculator is provided as a general feeding guideline only and is intended to provide a starting estimate based on prey-model raw feeding principles. It is not a calorie calculator, veterinary recommendation, or individualized nutritional assessment. Caloric density varies between formulas and proteins. Different proteins naturally contain different amounts of fat, moisture, and calories. Therefore, the same weight or volume of two different RawFedK9 formulas may provide significantly different amounts of calories.
The feeding amount generated by this calculator should not be interpreted as providing the same caloric intake across all proteins or formulas. RawFedK9 encourages protein variety and rotation as part of a properly managed raw-feeding program. Individual feeding amounts should be adjusted as necessary based on the specific foods being fed and your dog's age, weight, activity level, metabolism, body condition, health status, dietary restrictions, and other sources of food or calories. Please review the caloric information for each individual formula before purchasing and feeding, particularly if your dog has specific caloric requirements or if cost per calorie is an important consideration when selecting a formula. Products labeled “for supplemental or intermittent feeding only” are not represented as complete and balanced diets for long-term exclusive feeding.
Please refer to the individual product label for its intended use, caloric information, and other applicable feeding information. The calculator's results are estimates and should be adjusted according to your dog's individual needs. Maintaining an appropriate body condition is ultimately a better indicator of an appropriate feeding amount than relying solely on a generalized feeding percentage. By using this calculator, you acknowledge that feeding recommendations are estimates, that caloric density varies among RawFedK9 formulas, and that the amount required to meet your individual dog's needs may differ from the amount displayed by the calculator. For dogs with medical conditions, therapeutic dietary requirements, significant weight concerns, or other special nutritional needs, consult your veterinarian or a qualified veterinary nutrition professional before making dietary changes.

Editing, Deleting & Modification

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the site

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the site.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Disclaimer

The information from or through the site are provided "as-is," "as available”, and all warranties are disclaimed. The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. we and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. In particular, but not as a limitation, we and our affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including damages for loss of pet, loss of work, loss profits or litigation, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. the negation of damages set forth above is fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us. This site and the information would not be provided without such limitations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the site shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this agreement.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our online site, and the nature of our products, we will accept no returns or refunds, we may, at our discretion, send you new product, for the cost of taxes and shipping and handling, or at our discretion, try to work out the problem or issue with whom it may concern in a way that both parties agree on in writing.
