RawFedK9 Shipping Policy

Shipping is free with all diet options including the Full Case, Sample Pack, Medallions, and Transition Packs. All Treats, Chew, Toppers, and Supplements are subject to a UPS Ground shipping charge. All orders placed by 12:00 PM/CST Monday will ship out that same Monday. Any Orders placed after 12:00 PM/CST will ship out the following Monday. Please see the estimated transit time for your delivery when you reach the shipping step of your order checkout. This is to ensure that you will know when to expect your fresh dog food delivered to your doorstep. (Note: These are estimates that are given to us by UPS.)

Shipping May 1st - October 31st

Products are shipped via UPS Ground or 3 Day Select based on your address to ensure a 3-day transit time for the Summer months.

Shipping November 1st - April 30th

Products are shipped via UPS Ground during the Winter months. Transit time is based on your address, which you can see estimated via UPS during the checkout step of ordering.

Product Arrival Expectation

Each product is shipped in an insulated cooler surrounded by dry ice and ice packs. The dry ice may evaporate during transit, allowing the insulated cooler to keep products cool during transit. Once your frozen raw dog food is delivered, the products should be placed back into the freezer immediately upon arrival and fed as desired.

Please note that we do not ship during some holiday weeks listed below. This helps prevent packages from being delayed or held at carrier facilities for extended periods due to holiday transit slowdowns.
