RawFedK9 Shipping Policy

All orders placed by 2:00PM/CST Monday, will ship out that same Monday. Any orders placed after 2:00PM/CST Monday will be shipped out the following Monday. Please see the estimated transit time for your delivery when you reach the shipping step of your order checkout. This is to ensure that you will know when to expect your fresh dog food delivered to your doorstep.(Note: These are estimates that are given to us by UPS).

Shipping May 1st - October 31st

Products are shipped via UPS Ground or 3 Day Select based on your address to ensure a 3 day transit time for the Summer months.

Shipping November 1st - April 30th

Products are shipped via UPS Ground during the Winter months. Transit time is based off your address which you can see estimated via UPS during the checkout step of ordering.

Product Arrival Expectation

Your products may arrive partially to fully thawed. Each product is shipped in an insulated cooler surrounded by dry ice and ice packs. The dry ice may evaporate during transit, allowing the insulated cooler to keep products cool during transit. Your raw dog food delivery products should be placed back into the freezer immediately upon arrival and fed as desired.

Holiday Weeks - No Shipments

RawFedK9 will not ship on the weeks of these Holidays due to the delay in transit causing packages to be held in the carrier warehouses for an extended period of time.
