Welcome to the New RawFedK9 Website: Built to Make Raw Feeding Easier
If you have been part of the RawFedK9 pack for a while, you may have noticed things look a little different around here.
We officially launched our new website, and while we are pretty excited about the new look, this change was about much more than updating colors, photos, and pages. As RawFedK9 has grown, so has our product lineup, our educational resources, and the number of pet owners coming to us with questions about getting started with raw feeding. We wanted our website to grow with us and, more importantly, make it easier for you to find what you need.
Raw feeding can already feel like a lot when you are first researching it. Finding the right food, understanding how much to feed, learning about protein rotation, managing a subscription, and figuring out shipping shouldn't make it feel even more complicated. Our new site was built to bring all of those pieces together in one place.
Shopping RawFedK9 Just Got Easier
Over the years, RawFedK9 has expanded far beyond a single case of raw dog food. We now offer Complete Mix Full Cases, Sample Packs, Medallions, Value Chubs, Transition Packs, Pure Meat, frozen raw treats, dehydrated treats, and more.
With more options comes the need for a better way to find them.
The new website makes it easier to shop based on what you are actually looking for. Food, Transition Packs, Pure Meat, and treats are clearly organized so you can spend less time clicking around and more time finding the products that fit your feeding routine. Whether you already know exactly which proteins are going into your freezer or you are still trying to decide between patties, medallions, and chubs, the goal was to make the shopping experience much more straightforward.
New to Raw? Start Here
One of the biggest things we wanted to improve was the experience for people who are completely new to raw feeding.
We know what it is like to start researching raw dog food and suddenly have twenty tabs open. One person tells you one thing, another tells you something completely different, and before long, feeding your dog starts to feel like it requires its own college degree.
It doesn't need to feel that way.
Our Raw Feeding Guide and How To Start pages give new customers a clear place to start. You can learn more about transitioning, feeding amounts, and how to begin building a raw feeding routine without bouncing between different areas of the website. Our FAQs are also easier to find when those random questions pop up along the way, because they always do.
The goal is simple. We want you to be able to learn, order, and feed with more confidence in the routine you are building.
Get to Know What's in the Bowl
We have always believed pet owners should know what they are feeding, and the new website gives us more room to share that information.
You can explore nutritional information, learn more about prey model raw feeding, and take a closer look at the products and proteins available through RawFedK9. Our Complete Mix formulas follow an 80/10/10 prey model raw structure using muscle meat, bone, and organ without added fruits, vegetables, or grains.
As we continue growing The RawFed Report, you will also see more educational blogs breaking down individual proteins, moisture levels, fat percentages, product formats, treats, protein rotation, and the everyday questions we hear from raw feeders.
We don't want the website to be a place you visit only when your freezer is getting low. We want it to be somewhere you can come back to when you have a question or simply want to better understand the food going into your dog's bowl.
Managing Your Routine in One Place
Raw feeding becomes a lot easier once you find a routine that works for your household, and we wanted the new website to support that routine instead of getting in the way of it.
Customers can access their accounts, manage subscriptions, track orders, review shipping information, and find safe handling instructions directly through the site. We also made important shipping information easier to find, including our Monday shipping schedule and seasonal transit information.
These may not be the flashiest parts of launching a new website, but they matter. When you are waiting on a freezer full of raw dog food, you shouldn't have to hunt around to figure out when your order is shipping or where to manage your subscription.
The Bone Bank Has a New Home Too
Our Bone Bank rewards program is another part of the RawFedK9 experience that now has a clearer place on the website.
Bone Bank was created to give something back to the customers who continue to choose RawFedK9. Subscription customers can learn more about the program, purchase milestones, store credits, and the additional perks available as they move through Bone Bank levels.
We wanted the new website to make those details easier to understand so customers know what is available to them and where to find their rewards information.
The Same RawFedK9, Just Easier to Navigate
A new website doesn't change why RawFedK9 started.
RawFedK9 began with the goal of making prey model raw feeding more convenient and approachable for pet owners. That still sits at the center of everything we do. Our food is still ground, mixed, portioned, frozen, and shipped directly to customers, and our Complete Mix formulas are still built around muscle meat, bone, and organ.
What has changed is how easily you can explore it all.
The new RawFedK9 website was built around the questions our customers ask, the products they feed, and the routines they are already creating at home. We wanted it to feel cleaner, easier, and more helpful whether this is your first time visiting RawFedK9 or you have been filling your freezer with us for years.
